We are looking to add technically gifted out-of-the-box thinkers to the InstaColl team. Currently Open Positions:

Software development openings

Profile

• 1-3 years of experience – Software engineers, Senior Software engineers
• 3-6 years of experience - Senior Software engineers, Team leads, Architects

Client side development skills

• Windows programming using VC++, Delphi, win32 SDK
• C++ & OOAD
• Windows socket programming
• ActiveX / COM and office automation

Server side development skills

• Core Java and OOAD skills
• Java NIO
• Apache Struts
• Load balancing and fail over clustering

Flex development skills

• Experience with Flex and ActionScript 3

General requirements for the development related skills

• Object Oriented Design exposure is a must.
• Knowledge of Design patterns, Apache server, HTTP (Protocol knowledge) TCP/IP & UDP will be preferred.
• Knowledge of office automation using VC++ is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix is an added advantage.
• Candidates with exposure to standard estimation techniques, RUP, XP or any formal SDLC are preferred for Team lead positions.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix is an added advantage
• Sun certified java programmers, developers or Architects are preferred

System administrator / Data Center managers

• Administering and configuring Linux servers
• SMTP, POP server configuration and management
• Administering, configuring and clustering Apache / Tomcat / MySQL
• Data center administration and maintenance
• Experience in managing Data Centers
